We have designed and delivered numerous Leadership Development Programmes for Senior and Middle Management Groups.
We have no ‘off the shelf’ programmes to highlight because we firmly believe that for a programme of this magnitude, we need to design from scratch with the clients outcomes at the fore-front before design phase.
Programmes vary considerably from a six day programme over six months with 40 people to a programme spanning over eighteen months covering 200 people.
