Jeff Collins established
Impact People Coaching Ltd in 2001. Prior to setting up IPC, Jeff spent over 25 years in business, the last ten years as a Board Director of three American owned multi-national consumer goods organisations, Fisher Price, Mattel and Hallmark Cards. He has gained valuable, practical experience in the critical areas facing today’s challenging environment.

This reputation has been realised through a passionate commitment to the principle that ‘people are our greatest asset’ (stated by many followed by few). Through practical experience he knows that tragically, most people never realise their full potential. This is quite simply because they are not coached/supported to do so. Getting the very best out of people requires lots of coaching and development (ask any successful football manager).
It is this passionate committment to people development that convinced him to set up Impact People Coaching Ltd.
With his unique background, he fully appreciates the realities of life at the ‘sharp end’, balanced for the need for coaching and development. Therefore all IPC programmes are designed to both dramatically improve personal effectiveness and to be interdependent of the company’s key objectives.
Jeff Collins is a proven performer both in achieving commercial success and people improvement through expert, leading edge coaching.

Jeff Collins has been married to Claire for over 25 years and has two sons Chris, who is a PE Teacher and Matty, who is a Professional Footballer. After living in the Swindon area for nearly fifteen years, they moved back to Wales a few years ago and now live on the coast in Barry Island, also home to IPC Ltd (and Gavin and Stacey!).
